Quentin Blake is the patron of the annual South Ken Kids Festival, organised by the French Institute in London. For this year's Festival, he is showing a selection of original drawings which have resonance with him and the Festival: several artworks from La Fontaine’s Fables (to celebrate 400 years since the author’s birth), along with to some nature-inspired drawings from his books 'The Weed' (2020) and 'The Green Ship' (1998) highlighting the ongoing need to tackle climate change.

The exhibition is on show in the Salon until 25 November 2021, and is free to enter.
