Delivery
Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. In practice, as a guide, most items dispatched to UK addresses will arrive within 7 working days. However, we will notify you by email to confirm when your order has been dispatched, including a more detailed delivery estimate or details of a tracking number if appropriate. Please note that payment is taken when you place your order and is not an indication that your goods have been dispatched.
Postage and packaging costs vary depending the total cost of the goods ordered:
Orders up to £30: £6 per order;
Orders over £30: £12 per order;
Orders over £30: £12 per order;
European and Rest of World destinations:
Due to the high incidence of loss or damage of international deliveries, and increasing costs and customs fees, we have taken the very difficult decision to restrict deliveries to the UK and Ireland only. Many of our products can be sourced elsewhere, and other suppliers may be willing to ship overseas. For example, prints from Aquarelle Publishing and mugs made by McLaggan & Co can be purchased directly from the manufacturers' websites for international delivery.

Delivery address
Limited- and open-edition prints, in particular, are dispatched by 24-hour Tracked & Signed or courier services, so please ensure that you provide a delivery address at which someone will be available to sign for the parcel. Couriers and the Royal Mail will leave an appropriate notification for you to arrange re-delivery if you are not available at the first delivery attempt.
Please unpack your goods immediately on receipt to check their condition, and if you have any concerns please contact us straightaway. We recommend that you unwrap and flatten rolled prints carefully as soon as possible after arrival.
