'Airborne'

The latest in a series of works created specially for Hastings Contemporary, Airborne is a set of 15 large drawings of characters depicted flying above rocky landscapes.  These otherwise unremarkable characters obian a freedom of expression having been transplated - apparently unaided - to the unfamiliar medium of life among  the clouds.
