Could you read an Alethiometer? Do you have Hagrid’s nose for magical creatures? Have you got a head for headology?

In this magical hour-long experience at Seven Stories, the National Centre for Children's Books in Newcastle, visitors journey through the Wild Woods where fiery portals offer a glimpse into the magical worlds of Cressida Cowell, J. K. Rowling, Terry Pratchett, Philip Pullman and more - and featuring artwork by Quentin Blake from Roald Dahl's 'The Witches'.

With live guides, amazing special effects, iconic artworks and fiendish challenges that will take ingenuity and teamwork to solve.

Suitable for ages 7+, families and anyone with a love of magic. Open every day from Saturday 24 July, first entrance at 10am and last entrance at 4pm.
