for Angers University Hospital maternity unit, France

Quentin Blake was commissioned in 2009-10 by the University Hospital in Angers to produce over 40 artworks for use throughout the new maternity unit (which opened in 2011). This included work for the intensive care ward, where fathers were featured alongside mothers and newborn babies.
