The show opens with a gala 'Quentin Blake Sunday' on 8 December. Quentin will be at the gallery from 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm, along with Frances Quinn, winner of the 2013 'Great British Bake-Off', who has created a special Quentin Blake chocolate cake to celebrate the opening.
A large stock of signed books is also available to purchase, alongside the original artworks.
