Illustrators support 'Kind' to help Three Peas charity

Thursday 4th April 2019

Thirty eight illustrators have collaborated on a new book to help raise money for the charity 'Three Peas', which gives vital practical help to people who have had to flee their homes and are relying on the kindness of those in their new countries.
Written by Alison Green, publisher at Alison Green Books, the book is packed with a host of positive and helpful ideas on small ways to be kind to others.   Illustrator Axel Scheffler, Patron of the Three Peas charity, writes in his Introduction how the charity has helped to make a difference in the lives of many refugees in the most desperate circumstances, saying, 'I'm proud to be supporting their vital work'.
Axel Scheffler is joined by fellow illustrators, each of whom has created artworks for Alison Green's text.  Kitty Crowther, Chris Haughton, Sarah McIntyre, Lydia Monks and Quentin Blake are among the contributors to this beautiful book.
Published by Scholastic on 4 April 2019, £1 from the sale of each book is donated to the Three Peas charity.  For more information see: https://threepeas.org.uk/ and you can buy a copy here
