World famous illustrator (and occasional fellow-lithographer) Quentin Blake considers the significance and achievement of Daumier’s work in journalism, in conversation with arts educator Ghislaine Kenyon. Blake describes Daumier as 'one of the great artists of the 19th century' and cites him as one of his earliest heroes.
The complete podcast (58 minutes) was recorded on 8 November 2013, during the run of an exhibition of Daumier's work at the Royal Academy.
