New book: 'Didn't we Have a Lovely Time' by Michael Morpurgo

Saturday 22nd October 2016

'Didn't We Have a Lovely Time' is a new collaboration between Quentin Blake and  Michael Morpurgo published by Walker Books, to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of Farms for City Children, the charity founded by Michael and his wife Clare.  Based on the true story of a boy whose confidence and speech returns after meeting a very special horse down on the farm, it will be loved by children and adults alike.

Proceeds from the book will go to Farms for City Children, helping give more urban children an opportunity to build confidence and 'learn by doing' on a real farm.
