In this exclusive interview with historian and broadcaster Simon Schama, Quentin Blake sets the scene for the opening of his landmark exhibition 'Inside Stories', coming soon to the new London home of the House of Illustration.  The show, which opens on 2 July, features original works from 9 of his books, including 'The Twits' by Roald Dahl (1980), Blake's own 'Clown' (1995), David Walliams' 'The Boy in the Dress' (2008) and Voltaire's 'Candide' (2011).

Quentin Blake was produced a specially-commissioned cover for the magazine (including, on the inside cover, a key to some of the characters shown)
