For the first time ever, two of the greatest contemporary cartoonists and childrenís books illustrators, Shaun Tan and Quentin Blake, met each other for an exclusive Comica Conversation at the conveniently central St Albans Centre, 18 Brooke Street, off Grayís Inn Road, London EC1N 7RD  on Monday August 27th, hosted by Comica Director Paul Gravett.

Quentin Blake is renowned for his illustrations of Roald Dahlís much-loved stories, as well as The Sad Book written by Michael Rosen and his own wordless graphic novel, Clown. As well as discussing their careers and techniques, both artists drew together live on a big screen.

This event supported Comica Festival, a not-for-profit Social Enterprise putting comics first!
